Like to point out that a bottle of Australian Teatree oil is great for cuts,bits,disinfecting hands etc. Also have you thought about carrying some homeopathic remedies for the usual stomach upsets etc. Any good health food shop would give advice. If you have any problems getting into Sierra Leone or Liberia then I'd recommend Senegal to Mali to Burkina to Ghana, I cycled most of that a couple of years ago.
